THE POPULATION FLUSH CYCLE, by Dr. Steven Nur Ahmed

Sheeple

There is a population flush cycle. It churns the population of the United States as if in a blender at the whim of the power elite. At the turn of the 20th century, 88% of all immigrants to the United States were white Europeans. They were allowed to immigrate into America because its 19th century population size was too sparse to fuel its industrial revolution and its consequent consumption boom. In order for the power elite of the gilded age to prosper financially and to maintain ‘white supremacy’, all three conditions had to occur simultaneously.

Sparsely populated territory in the United States was a major problem for the power elite of that time. Land defined national identity. Without manpower, such land could not be held nor developed. Without the manpower to neither hold the land by military force nor develop it by slave or cheap indentured servant labor Britain could not justify it as part of their colonial empire nor could the newly formed United States justify itself as a new nation.[1]

To solve both the problems of 1. removal of unwanted populations and 2. under-population, they employed ‘population flush’.  Population flush involved forcefully pushing indigenous people off their land while simultaneously attracting Europeans to the land and forcefully importing Africans onto the land so that both those populations could hold and develop the land in the name of the newly founded United States.[2]

Population Flush

Periodically and depending on social, economic, and military needs and circumstances, the power elite will turn the immigration ‘on’ switch to full throttle because they need human bodies for material exploitation just like any other natural resource. It is the vast force of immigrant instinctual energy that the power elite wish to harness to build and drive their empire to total world domination.

More and more Europeans were allowed to immigrate into the United States because it was important for the power elite to maintain institutional white supremacy. The U.S. Congress defined the constitutional phrase ‘free persons’ as ‘free white persons’. Thus, white supremacy was the law of the land. Secondly, because African American slave women had a much higher fertility rate than any other ethnic group in the United States.

African American females had 8 babies per female between the ages of 15 and 45 in 1800 compared to Caucasian females’ fertility rate of 7 babies per female for the same age range. Had it not been that millions of white people were imported into the United States, America would have become naturally racially integrated much earlier in the 20th century than it did. What initially drove down fertility rates was urbanization and industrialization. But that necessitated an ever increasing influx of ‘white persons’ from Europe in order to maintain white supremacy in numbers and in political and police power.

 black fertilityrate

Furthermore, booming service sectors, as well as coal, iron, and oil industries necessitated bodies to work in them, but not black bodies. Military involvement in World War I necessitated millions of soldiers. So white males immigrated to the United States and assumed employment in the growing manufacturing and military industries. They were limited only by their own natural limitations. Black people were segregated by law at the turn of the 20th century.[3]

The European immigrant tsunami continued to reverberate throughout the early and middle 20th century. Through a major depression white men and women got relief through the Social Security Act of 1935, the Minimum Wage Act of 1938, The Welfare Act of 1935, and ‘the Works Progress Administration program’ or WPA under the Roosevelt ‘New Deal’.

After World War II, white men and women benefited from the: Servicemen’s Readjustment Act of 1944 or the G.I. Bill.[4] They bought homes and they and their children attended colleges and Universities for free. America was at its peak. It afforded to the White Supremacists’ baby boom generations a historically unparalleled experience of affluence in the United States.  They have come to be called ‘Greatest Generation’ but in truth they were the ‘greatest racially privileged generation of all time’. But what goes up must come down so says the law of gravity.

During this same several decades a shift slowly occurred.  Both black and white women started to have fewer babies. By 1970, the fertility rate for black women had fallen to 3 per female between 15 and 45 and for white women it had fallen even more to 2 babies per female for the same age group.  And now in 2016, for black women a fertility rate of 1.8 and for white women a fertility rate of 1.9, both beneath replacement level.[5]

What happened? What stopped the baby boom in its tracks? Why is America now compelled to import spermatozoa and ova?

The answer is simple. First in 1959-60 the birth control pill was approved by the FDA and introduced into the market place via hospitals and family physicians. Secondly, in 1972-73 the United States Supreme Court decision, Roe v. Wade, made abortion legal. Since that year there have been over 56,000,000 abortions had by U.S. women. That number nearly offsets the approximately 66,000,000 baby boomer babies born between 1946 and 1964. Thirdly, manufacturing jobs have been steadily exported overseas to exploit cheap labor. That has made the cost of living rise far too high for many Americans to have large families or even to get married early in their 20s. It has been recently reported by the Pew Research Center that 36% of all men 18 to 31 live at home with their parents.[6]  Three reasons were given:

Declining employment. In 2012, 63% of 18- to 31-year-olds had jobs, down from the 70% of their same-aged counterparts who had jobs in 2007. In 2012, unemployed Millennials were much more likely than employed Millennials to be living with their parents (45% versus 29%).

Rising college enrollment. In March 2012, 39% of 18- to 24-year-olds were enrolled in college, up from 35% in March 2007. Among 18 to 24 year olds, those enrolled in college were much more likely than those not in college to be living at home – 66% versus 50%.

Declining marriage. In 2012 just 25% of Millennials were married, down from the 30% of 18- to 31-year-olds who were married in 2007. Today’s unmarried Millennials are much more likely than married Millennials to be living with their parents (47% versus 3%).”

In 1960, the median age at first marriage in the United States was 22.8 years for males and 20.3 for females compared to 28.2 years for males and 26.1 for females in 2010.

Those statistical figures signal to the power elite that African Americans who are descendants of slaves will soon be finished as a viable population in the United States. Descendants of slaves will generally be unable to compete in the economy except in the entertainment markets including sports.

The power elite are those owners and CEOs of the most powerful and wealthiest corporations and financial institutions in the United States. They are not necessarily those individuals listed in Forbes Fortune 500. The 100 wealthiest Americans are not necessarily of the power elite because power and wealth do not always go together. One may be rich and not powerful. But power always goes with wealth, military and police force.

If we assume all present social and economic trends remain steady in slave quarters within inner city communities, what can we predict? We can predict that descendants of slaves will for all intents and purposes disappear as a politically and economically relevant ethnic group by the end of the 21st century. As the sociologist Sidney M. Wilhelm asked back in 1970: “Who Needs the Negro?”

The same holds true for lower and middle class white men and women. They now are coming to realize that being ‘white’ is not enough to get economic privilege in the new world order.

Already, the white middle class which for the last 70 years has brought home the bread and butter for Uncle Sam is now held up solely by credit debt. It is becoming more and more difficult to keep up the façade of middle class status and conspicuous consumption.

Most middle and lower class families have an income to debt ratio which is heavily tilted on the side of debt. That is also reflected in the national ‘debt to GDP’ ratio. Both they and the Federal government are for all practical purposes bankrupt.

The demise of white people in the United States is also evidenced by the life-span for white males. It is falling lower and lower every year. And this is just the beginning. It was reported in the April 20, 2016 edition of the Wall Street Journal that: The number of years a white American born in 2014 could be expected to live fell to 78.8 years from 78.9 years the year before, according to the CDC. The change was driven largely by women.”

However, elite white males with higher incomes which allow them to afford new stem cell treatment health care can expect to become the new ‘Alpha’ males in the ‘Brave New World’ they are now engineering with biotechnology and robotics. They will live long, healthy, wealthy lives.

Those are just simply the facts. Those facts are not presented by me to be a moral argument. Though I do have a moral position. Rather, those facts beg a question: why did the United States Supreme Court sanction the abortion of millions of babies? Could they not foresee that the nation would become dependent on importing millions upon millions of immigrants to fill the population vacuum? Immigrants who are not acculturated to the American way of life. There is an answer.

Global-Hands-Public-Domain

The power elite do not want a settled population with family roots dating back 400 years to colonial times. They do not want a historically knowledgeable population, a population of critical thinkers, a population of people who now know for instance that both the Republican and Democratic political parties are corrupt and corrosive to the very fabric of our democratic process. The power elite prefer a climate of social and political confusion and lower class cultural and economic instability.

The power elite want public confusion because they thrive in environments rich with political and economic confusion. For them, confusion is a resource. With it, they are better able to manipulate a docile population from their Tower of Babel.

The power elite want a population already conditioned to live under dictatorships and authoritarian governments of every kind. They want a population with a high tolerance for both political corruption and death squad law enforcement. They want a population willing to pay 50% of their wages in Taxation. They want a population which having not known the tradition of freedom will be willing to sign freedom away for a bag of Cheetos. That is the answer. That is why we are now in the height of a population flush cycle.

Today, the population of the United States is simply a human resource. Like a fossil fuel, Americans are burnt up, their energy exploited at the whim and pleasure of the power elite, and then when they have become old they are discarded as waste one generation after another onto a pile of human refuse. For it is the power elite who control the levers of an ever oscillating population flush cycle to serve their purposes.

THE HIP HOP CULT: BLACK WOMAN HATERS, by Dr. Steven Nur Ahmed

Hip Hop Suicide

Black women are under attack; they are the target of a global mass media effort to dehumanize them. One powerful instrument of mass media is the hip hop cult of black female haters and those who follow them.

Hip Hop is a cult. It is a cult because it turns on a unique set of values unlike any values among civilized people. Their values are life denying values.

Hip Hop’s followers, like all true believers, are committed to acting out their life denying values whether it is with drugs and alcohol, promoting atheism, or promoting the belief that human life has no spiritual purpose. Their culture is a culture of debasement and that makes it a culture of suicide.

They are a whole generation of young African Americans. Those born within impoverished inner cities during the crack epidemic of the 1980s and 1990s and who have been raised on the denigrating lyrics of countless hip hop performers and a culture of inner city violence.

They are a generation of hip hop cultists. They have internalized hip hop symbolism and stereotypes into their subconscious minds and act with a minimum of reason and forethought.

They have elected as their leaders performers who spew out the hip hop message of white supremacy as they are paid to do by major white financial institutions.  Why do they attack black women? They attack black women because they have adapted the white supremacist myth of black women.

There is a lie being circulated on some Youtube programs propagated by some black men about some black women. The men circulating the lie are young black men between 17 and 40. These men have learned or are being paid to circulate a wholly negative view of black women. Their expressions are full of emotive terms.

Most of the discussions fail to make logically cogent arguments and argue without support of statistical facts.  Black women are falsely blamed for getting pregnant as if black girls and women inseminate themselves! Further, they blame black girls and women for being on welfare.

Those who make such allegations get thousands of hits and likes on You-Tube from other black men. These followers feed on the lies because it helps them to rationalize their subconscious white supremacist mental orientation.

The show hosts falsely present themselves as economic innovators as well as being intellectual or knowledgeable and who aim to enlighten listeners when in reality they are the non musical compliment of the hip-hop cult of black woman haters.

The lie suggests that a large percentage of black girls and women between the ages of 15 and 30 years of age decide or with willful intent conspire to manipulate black men into relationships to become pregnant so that they can collect food stamps and qualify for welfare cash benefits. The black men who circulate that lie are misogynists.

You can recognize them by their language or speech. They refer to black women as ‘hoes’, ‘bed-winches’, hood-rats, Thot, bastard baby-makers, and many other negative words. The men who use such terminology hate black girls and women. They even have deep rooted hatred for their mothers.

They hate their black mothers who raised them despite her sacrifice and her struggle to raise them without a committed man. They hate her because they hate being black and they don’t know how to be a man. They then transfer all their conflicted emotions onto all black women and girls. Why such hate and venomous words?

They need to do that so that they can rationalize their rejection of black girls and women. They do it in order to make themselves feel justified for marrying a woman of a different race or so they can be comfortable with being closet homosexuals. They are like the white slave masters’ black overseer who beat the black slave women willingly for the slave master and is then rewarded.

Such black men are genetic racists. They are genetic racists because they psychologically subscribe to classical white supremacy. They are no different than the hip-hop cult of black woman haters who get paid by white men to spew out the most hateful satanic lyrics about black women in U.S. history.

They are no different than the Ku Klux Klan because they react with fear and sexual repulsion to the same subconscious network of images, stereotypes, and failed personal experiences as white supremacists murderers whether they are police officers or district attorneys or state and federal judges who hate all black people.

The fact is that neither women nor men have children with the willful intent of qualifying for welfare. The fact is that men and women are bio-chemically motivated to be attracted to each other sexually.  Black women have a sex drive. The sex drive in both men and women is constant no matter what their life situation.

The emotional and physical pleasure experienced in the sex act is centered in the brain of both men and women and reinforces the desire for more sexual contact.  But there is also another dimension to the act of sexual intercourse.

The sexual act occurs within either a responsible or irresponsible socio-economic condition. Metaphorically, a couple will have sex on a bed or on the floor; either on clean sheets or on dirty sheets. They will clean themselves with dirty towels or with clean towels. Welfare dependence results when the context of sexual activity by men and women is socio-economically inadequate.  A man and women who are sexually involved are members of all other couples who like them are sexually involved on any given day.  This fact is substantiated by the fact that thousands of babies are born on the same day.

The sex drive in men and women is a constant instinctual impulse. And, because at least one third of black women live at or below the poverty line, it is highly likely that a large percentage of black women are going to act out sexually under poor social conditions.

What I mean by poor social conditions is that many black women will engage in sexual activity with whom they can when they can. That is more likely because the marriage rate for black people has been on the decline for over 40 years. Marriage is rare among black Americans today. Serial sexual relations are the new norm. The side effect of serial relations is that 72% of all black babies are now born to single parent families.

Poverty, low education, and incompetent black men qualify black women for welfare. Do this mental experiment, imagine if family courts awarded physical custody of children 3 years and older to fathers as a rule, would black women in those same social conditions still have serial sexual relations? The answer is yes.

The answer is yes because the sex drive in all people is constant; the sex drive is always on.  The problem is that the sex drive of black people was economically profitable under slavery, but beyond the slave era black sexual energy has increasingly become an economic deficit. Since the profits have dried up, that same sexual energy is being manipulated by white institutions in such a way so as to cause as much conflict and competition between black men and women as possible.

The slave master engineered the cultural framework of both black women and men. The slave system was made in such a way that the value of marriage was negated.

By preventing marriage, the slave master administered a patriarchal structure with white slave masters as the patriarchs. Beneath him were his wife then his children and other relatives in that order. Those next were the white overseers. After them came the slaves. At the bottom were black women, their children, and black men. Because marriage was not allowed, black women formed a matriarchal structure in the slave quarters and at the same time they were economically dependent on the white patriarch master.

The black man’s relation with the black female matriarch was competitive. Their relationship was competitive because they were pitted against each other in the field and as house servants.  Since all the profits went to the patriarch there was no economic support from black men for black women, thus black men were made inconsequential in the minds of black women except for sexual intercourse and breeding. On the basis of their slave roles they formed negative stereotypes of each other.

Black women had babies and may or may not have been with the men who fathered the children or it was the slave master’s child or children, and that truth had to be suppressed.

Under those conditions, dependence was learned by all black people. The master giveth and the master taketh away. But babies born of black women were added value to the slave master’s business. The slave master profited economically because the cost to feed pork guts to another slave baby was less than the money he earned by those babies as they grew.

The end of slavery brought about a new form of patriarchy. Government stepped into the boots of the slave master. But it was not a perfect fit because many black people sought to be families with economic self-sufficiency. However, many other black people did not form family structures nor did they find economically viable vocations. From them formed a culture of poverty.

After the failure of reconstruction and 1890, the southern Dixi-crats or Democratic Party reinstituted black economic dependence under the Roosevelt administration’s Aid to Families with Dependent Children.  They did it to get the black vote and to kick start the economy. The economy was fueled by funneling money from the U.S. Treasury to banks through poor black and white women.

Now, Government patriarchy could operate in full force. It also reinstituted black matriarchy in poor black neighborhoods because black women had some monetary power. For that reason, black women shared in both the benefits of patriarchy and in the exercise of power in their matriarchal neighborhoods. One of the side effects has been the ongoing competition and negative feelings between black men and women.

Perhaps there is a conspiracy. But by no stretch of the imagination has there been a thought out conspiracy by poor black women to have children to get welfare money. Welfare dependence on the part of black women was and is because black men were and are economically marginalized. Black men were made economically incompetent during the depression in the 1930s as black men are generally economically incompetent today.

Thomas Malthus, a Scottish philosopher, explained that government can control the sexual energy of poor or marginalized people. He stated that to reduce the population of an unwanted people the state must engineer social conditions which negate marriage and blur sexual boundaries. That is the case today and its negative impact is evident.

Black babies born today are generally profitable for prisons, the welfare system, and for SSI dependencies. But each of those industries is beginning to cost more to upkeep than the profits once made. With the cost benefit shift, prisons are being closed; while over the last 40 years 22 million black fetuses have been aborted.

The fact is that demographically black women’s fertility rate and birth rate across all age ranges between 15 to 45 years of age has been falling since 1960. Today, black women on average have a lower fertility rate than white women. In fact, it is now about 1.8 babies born per black women between 15 and 45 in a given year.  The black birth rate is below replacement level. At that rate of fertility decline there will be very, very few black people after the year 2047. Thomas Malthus was right.

The facts make clear that white people control the sexuality of black people. At the ground level one cannot see the hand of white men manipulating their sex drive. A close look reveals the fact that white men manipulate our sexual energy through the medical system, the cult of hip-hop black women haters, and misogynistic pseudo thinkers.

Metaphorically, white men have their hands on black men’s penises and black women’s vaginas by controlling the conditions in which African Americans act out their natural instinctual energies.

Lastly, the misogynistic cult of pseudo thinkers and hip hop coons should get this; black men generally are the ones penetrating black women’s vaginas and leaving them with a fatherless child.

The problem of unwanted black babies is not due to black women. The problem is due to black men who don’t train their daughters to be moral and disciplined. The problem is black men who verbally and sexually abuse black girls; the problem is black fathers and step-fathers who commit incest.

So, black men, instead of denigrating black women you should take a look in the mirror at yourself because if some black women are dependent on welfare and food stamps it is because they don’t have a man who can support the family he made.

Welcome to Earth Colony: SLAVE MORALITY v. MASTER MORALITY OR NOT OF GLORY BUT OF GREED

John Brown, pic EC

John Brown was a great man. He was an abolitionist in the pre-civil war United States.  He eventually came to understand that Christian religious/moral arguments against slavery would never be persuasive to slave owners and their states to stop the institution of slavery. Nor did he believe moral arguments could cause an anti-slavery amendment to the U.S. constitutional because Congress could never meet the required 66% ratification of both houses of Congress or 66% of the States because of greed.

He also came to understand that logical arguments based upon the Enlightenment premise that each person has inherent natural rights and that each person must be presumed reasonable would not be persuasive to the slave owners, their states, and the massive economic infrastructure which had grown dependent upon slave labor for national economic prosperity, either.  He understood that race ideology was a tool used to short circuit logical reasoning so as to create straw man arguments based upon the premise of white supremacy.

John Brown was compelled to reach one conclusion.  It would be necessary for African Slaves to fight their way out of slavery by any means necessary.  With that thought in mind, John Brown and some of his sons seized a U.S. military armory.  They then called on neighboring slaves to fight their way out of slavery side by side with them.  The slaves refused to do so.

Some of the slaves informed on him.  The others refused to stand and fight.  John Brown fought the U.S. Army. Most of his sons were killed. He was wounded and captured. He was hanged on December 2, 1859.  But he stated in his last words that only a bloody war against the slave owners and their states could free the slaves.  He was right.  The Civil War started in 1861 only two years later.  Over 600,000 people died in just four (4) years.  It was a savage blood bath.

I do not mean to belabor you with so much history; but history is so important for an understanding of present social circumstances. What people did and thought in the past should be studied. Note, the slaves wouldn’t fight and note some of them informed the plantation owners of John Brown’s plan.  Can we identify the same patterns today?  I answer yes. However, first we must examine some of the most influential thoughts on population of the 18th, 19th, and 20th centuries. These are thoughts which every African American should know and understand.

MASTER MORALITY

thomas malthus

THOMAS MALTHUS

The method to reduce birth rates of poor populations was devised centuries ago. Thomas Malthus wrote a book entitled: ‘Essays on the Principle of Population’ in 1798. In that book he laid down a theory.  He said that population will grow indefinitely because people have an automatic sex drive which causes them to reproduce offspring and because people need to eat food. He stated that unless there are checks and balances in the environment to stop it population would grow unabated.

What should be of concern to African Americans is what Malthus identified as a method to decrease the birth rate of an unwanted population.   He termed it ‘Preventative’ checks on population growth.  It originates as political policy.  As such the sentiment and laws of the general public promote and execute such method as a matter in the interest of the state.

By the ‘Preventative’ method to decrease a population’s birth rate he said that two general political policies must be executed among the lower classes.

The first, he said, must be a policy to institute ‘vice’. Vice would constitute the social encouragement of uncivilized habits combined with poverty.  For example: discourage good hygiene, make them live in neighborhoods that are polluted areas of a given city with narrow streets making them more vulnerable to disease and or physical disability, provide less habitable dwellings than needed by the them so there is homelessness, make available to them low paying jobs, discourage them from marriage, make their schools dysfunctional, provide small portions or cheap low quality food, allow prostitution, make criminal acts a more likely choice for the young especially the males, and introduce communicable diseases into their population .

The second policy under the ‘Preventative’ method, he said, should be ‘misery’. Misery would constitute psychological depression, low self-esteem, suicide, and institutionalized hopelessness.  Misery would follow as a byproduct of the first policy. If executed as a matter of public policy, each of the two types of ‘Preventative’ methods would decrease the birth rate of a given population over time.

Charles Darwin

 CHARLES DARWIN

Charles Darwin wrote: ‘The Descent of Man’.  It was published in 1871.  As you can see it follows in time Thomas Malthus’ book who in turn followed Adam Smith’s cornerstone theory on capitalism: ‘The Wealth of Nations’ (1776).  These writers signaled the birth of a new world view.

Darwin theorized that in nature animal species compete with different species and with others in their own species for resources of every kind.  Even when there are plentiful resources greed or the fundamental insecurity of an animal will drive it to take everything for itself.  For Darwin, conflict is one of the driving forces of animal and therefore human history.  History for him is not of glory but of greed. He stated that racial extinction is the result of inter-racial or tribal competition for resources in times of plenty and scarcity.[1]

Darwin predicted in ‘The Descent of Man’ that ‘race’ war is inevitable and that in the future lower races will be exterminated by higher races. This is a population issue because for Darwin genocide is natural not criminal. The law of nature that he describes can reduce a population by increasing the death rate due to war with another group of people or animals. He also said that it is just as illogical to breed defective people as it is to breed defective animals. Please, bare with me, this is very important for you to think on.[2]

 Galton

FRANCIS GALTON

Arguments for the application of Preventative population control through state power was triggered by the Eugenics movement.  Francis Galton was the cousin of Charles Darwin. Galton wrote the book: ‘Hereditary Genius’. In that book he theorized that intelligence is a heritable genetic trait like hair color, skin color, and height and that it is passed down from one generation to a succeeding generation.  He argued that there should be selective breeding.  He invented a mathematical method to prove his theory of inherent intellectual differences between races.  His statistical method is called the normal distribution curve and the difference between means.[3]

With that method, he argued that races have different naturally determined levels of intelligence, physicality, and sexuality.  From that argument he founded the theory of Eugenics and the Eugenics movement.  The basic premise of the Eugenics’ theory corresponds to that of both Malthus and Darwin.  He argued that there should be political policies which restrict the reproductive opportunities of lower races and genetically defective people.  In the United States for nearly 80 years many states enacted laws which vested the state with executive power to sterilize women and to castrate men who were deemed genetically unfit.[4]  Such state eugenical laws were supported by the Supreme Court ruling in Buck v. Bell, 1927.

Margaret Sanger

MARGARET SANGER

Galton’s theory gave rise to early 20th century birth control organizations like the ‘American Birth Control League’, its spin off: ‘The Negro Project’, and today, the ‘Planned Parenthood Federation of America’.  It was founded by Margaret Sanger in 1921. Margaret Sanger believed in White Supremacy.[5]

Her husband William Sanger was Jewish by birth but was not his religious practice as an adult man. He and Margaret were both Communists.  It’s important to know their political and philosophical beliefs because as Communists they believed in an inherently amoral universe. One structured by natural law as argued by both Darwin and Galton.

She targeted African women in Harlem, New York, through the ‘Negro Project’ clinic; she also targeted other minority ethnic women and men to reduce their number of pregnancies and thereby their birth rate.[6] She argued that ‘dysgenic’ groups like African Americans had two choices. They could either choose segregation or sterilization.

She organized at a time when the poor and/or immigrants were crowded into cities but in a nation where there was no scarcity of land, food, and other resources in the United States.

The basis of her argument to women was that having too many children was unhealthy and would cause a shorter life-span.  And to both men and women her argument was that they could not financially afford to care for too many children.

She did not address the extremely unequal distribution of income which existed at that time in the United States. At that time 1% of the U.S. population took home 28% of the national income.  Nor did she target the wealthy that were called the gilded class as being exploitative of the poor.

She didn’t target the wealthy because the wealthy were funding her birth control clinics.  Familiar names to students of the international banking system are listed.  John D. Rockefeller who if you recall was one of the founders of the Federal Reserve Bank and Income Tax acts of 1913; Julius Rosonwald of Sears and Roebuck, Company; Clarence Gamble,  founder of Proctor and Gamble; and the Ku Klux Klan were all financial donors of her organization.

Her ideas were a direct offshoot of Malthus, Darwin, and Galton.[7] However, her interest was not in theory. She moved to institutionalize their ideas into state and federal law. She appealed to women’s moral sensitivity because she argued on the premise of a moral argument, i.e., a ‘women’s right to choose’ when in fact she did not believe in essential morality of any kind.  She argued it at a time when women were generally abused in society. She was for them what Paul was to Christianity.

Black Flag spray

      APPLICATION OF THE MASTER MORALITY

Now, let’s look at some facts and ask ourselves: could the target population for preventative political policies Thomas Malthus wrote on in his book be us?

In 1954, the Supreme Court held in ‘Brown v. Board of Education…’ that segregation in public schools is unconstitutional. It signaled the beginning of racial integration of public facilities in the United States; it initiated the legal movement against ‘Jim crow laws’ premised upon ‘separate but equal’.

That same year (1954 to 1960) the birth rate of African American women was 4.5 births per woman. Thereafter, their birth rate started to go down such that by 1970 it was 3.0 children per African American woman ages 15 to 45.

By 1975 it was 2.5.  Today, 2013, the number of babies per African American woman between 15 and 45 is 1.9.  That is a 50% decrease over 55 years.  That amounts to a one percentage point decline per year from 1954.  At 1.9 babies per woman, for the first time African Women are not reproducing enough babies to replace the current population of 42 million.

Why is this happening to us?  One reason is that the Federal Drug Administration approved the birth control pill in 1960.  We see a negative correlation between the increased use of and marketing of birth control pills and a drop in the African American fertility rate.  That is a fact.

Was the marketing of the birth control pill a racist reactionary response to the civil rights movement and racial desegregation? A correlation does exist but it doesn’t prove causation; it could simply be a coincidence. But another Supreme Court decision might move us to a cogent inference.  It was Roe v. Wade, 1973.

Roe v. Wade was premised on the proposition that a woman has the sole individual right under the U.S. constitution to determine whether or not she should or could carry her pregnancy to term. She needs not to legally consult with anyone. She could act on her own individual needs and wants. However, the court did impose a time limit.  She must decide to abort the fetus within the first trimester (3 months) of her pregnancy.

The abortion statistics are startling.  Since 1973, African American women have constituted 32% of all abortions while constituting only 3.5 percent of the total population.  That amounts to over 22,000,000 abortions.  It equals 70 abortions per hour nationwide as of this writing. The 22,000,000 (million) abortions is three (3) times more than the number of Baby Boomer African Americans born between 1946 and 1964.  It is one-third (1/3) of the total number of people killed during World War II.  It is a slaughter.

Does what we have described conform to the Preventative Method proposed by Thomas Malthus?  Remember, he argued that there must be political policies in place to decrease the birth rate of unwanted populations of people. Infanticide or abortion was one of his proposed methods to kill those who are unwanted.

Malthus also argued that unhealthy social conditions ought to be intentionally constructed to demoralize an unwanted population of people.  He argued that unwanted people should be made miserable. Are there other socio-economic conditions which are evidence of the application of his method on African American people?  Let’s list some social conditions to see.

Given that racism is a social construction it follows logically that most misery suffered by African Americans is a derivative of institutionalized racism.  So the following conditions are social constructions for the most part just as the misery of Native Americans (birth rate of 1.4) is a derivative of reservation (concentration camp) life.

  1. African Americans are disproportionately poor at about 27% of the total U.S. population.
  2. About 15 million African Americans live in urban ghettoes.
  3. The national high school dropout rate for African Americans is 42%.
  4. Between 1976 and 2010, there were 273,366 African American ‘black on black’ homicides; that averages to 23.9 homicides per day nationwide.
  5. African Americans are 2.5 times more likely to murder their infants as compared to other ethnic groups and lead the nation in infanticide.
  6. There are now over 200,000 African American children in foster care homes.
  7. Between 1973 and 2013 there have been approximately 22,000,000 African American abortions; that number equals 1,687.5 abortions per day.
  8. The top ten leading causes of death are: heart disease, cancer, stroke, diabetes, unintentional injuries, kidney disease, chronic lower respiratory disease, homicide, infection, and Alzheimer disease.
  9. Nearly 1,000,000 African American men and women are incarcerated in city, county, state, and federal jails and prisons.
  10. About 1 out of every 4 (25%) are in the criminal justice system.
  11. The African American national unemployment rate is about 13% to 20% for the year 2013.
  12. About 9 million African Americans receive food stamps or put another way, 1 out of 3 Americans on food stamps are African American and they are primarily women with dependent children.
  13. Approximately 72% of all African American births are to single parent female headed households.
  14. The highest annual death rate per 100,000 at 898.22.
  15. 85% of ‘Planned Parenthood’ clinics are in low income neighborhoods.

I think the evidence is compelling. The social conditions which pressure a population’s birth rate to decrease are fundamental conditions to the life of the majority of African Americans.  Therefore, a cogent conclusion can be drawn.

Probably, birth control pills, abortion law, over the counter sales of Depo-Provera, Norplant, and Lunelle are primarily aimed at African American women and girls.  The purpose in this early part of the 21 century differs from that of the last part of the 20th century in four important aspects.

Automation used in factories in the United States to eliminate the need for people, the exodus of capital (factories overseas) to Asia, continuous civil rights demands on governments by some African Americans, and the aging of America resulting in a larger dependent population are collectively making African Americans more than ever before a dependent population.

These four facts make African Americans an economically unwanted population. No longer cheap labor and not withstanding their high consumption capacity of 1 trillion dollars spent per year much of which is just Federal and State money going back to Federal and State governments they are perceived as what Henry Kissinger called ‘useless eaters’.[8]

The cost to maintain African Americans is high. For example a cost of 16 billion dollars per year for food stamps; another 40 billion dollars per year on incarceration costs; 154 billion dollars in welfare costs are just a few costs which the plutocrats calculate eat away at the 1 trillion dollars spent by African Americans annually. Furthermore, most of that 1 trillion dollars is spent in ghetto neighborhood stores, fast-food outlets, and quick loan and check cashing outlets.  For 60 years it has been a continuous ‘quantitative easing’ monetary disbursement by the U.S. Treasury Department. Add to that the fact that racially African Americans are generally unwanted in the U.S.  We are perceived as a greater cost to the plutocrats than we are a benefit to them.

John Brown discovered that slaves would not fight to save themselves. He discovered that the condition of slave misery permeated the consciousness of African people. They identified themselves as slave; theirs was a slave morality. John Brown was hanged under the rule of master morality.  You better wake up.

Malcolm X (640x480)

FAMILY PORTRAITS SAY IT ALL

Malcolm X was born into a family. Malcolm’s father had been a positive role model for Malcolm and his siblings. His father did his best to provide economically for his family and was an organizer for the great leader Marcus Garvey.  But circumstances changed for his family.

Malcolm’s family became dysfunctional.  The breakdown of his family can be traced to the murder of his father by the Black Legion (a white racist group). As a result, Malcolm’s mother eventually suffered a nervous breakdown and was subsequently put into a mental asylum. Put in another way; it was the absence of the father which weakened Malcolm’s family structure and which set in motion its downward spiral and the eventual separation of the siblings from one another. They had lost a protector and a provider. They had lost their family leader.

If you are incarcerated you are absent from your family. Because of your incarceration, your sons and daughters have less physical and emotional protection. Your absence has negative repercussions on the members of your family which can be life-long. The repercussions are physical, economical, emotional, and psychological in nature.  Those repercussions are painful to experience. At a young age, Malcolm was pained for the rest of his life due to the loss of his father, mother, and his siblings.

I have observed that kind of pain. For many years I was a social worker. I worked with families in Oakland and East Palo Alto, California.  I observed over the course of my life an interesting change in family structure exemplified by family portraits. When I was a boy, families prided themselves on their family portrait.  Usually, they would place them over the mantle in the living room for all to see.  There was the father and mother and usually in the foreground of the picture there would be the child or children, sometimes in the background would be grandparents. But circumstances started to change.

Over the course of 30 to 50 years I have observed a definite change. No fathers in the home. Increasingly, there were family portraits but with no father. There would just be the mother and children; in other instances there would be a picture of the father on the prison yard sent from prison and stamped on the back ‘approved’. In both cases, the prison pictures demonstrate the breakdown of the traditional family structure not unlike what happened to Malcolm’s family and not unlike what happened during slavery when Africans were prevented by law from marrying and having families.  History now is repeating itself.

Today, over 70% of African American babies are born into single parent families and over 200,000 African American children are wards of the States in residential foster care programs. That is paralleled by the fact that 36 per 1000 African American fetuses are aborted and 32% of all abortions ever done have been done by African American women. It is the highest abortion rate and the highest proportion of women getting abortions in the nation, indeed in the world.  Now, understand that all homes are not absent a man.  But in the majority of cases there is no father in the home.  As a consequence the quality of family life for African Americans has been spiraling downward.

Statistics reveal much about how African American children are doing in their families. What one is compelled by the facts to conclude is that African American women are failing at raising their children alone. The incarceration rate, high school drop-out rate, obesity rate, and drug addiction rates are symptomatic of poor childhood supervision and rearing practices.  However, there are other arguments.

Some would argue that poverty is related to family dysfunction, if we examine Malcolm X’s family adversity I think that argument is supported by facts. Put another way, it does follow that poverty is related to family dysfunction in the African American communities today.   Malcolm’s father was murdered by Black Legionnaires (a white racist group) in 1931 at the beginning of the depression. His family never recovered economically from the loss of their head of household. They became very poor and had to go on welfare which in turn subjected his mother to the police policies of the welfare system.  They then suffered a loss of freedom and privacy.

Millions of African American families are in urban prisons which have and are slowly taking from them their self-dignity. All of their private or personal business is accessed by governmental agencies which support them financially. That is always the condition of financial support from government. This kind of humiliation is learned and then passed on as high personal tolerance for humiliation to succeeding generations of children. Humiliation and the lack of self-dignity that it causes then becomes a characteristic of the demeanor of whole neighborhoods. It was done to Native Americans. It is a feeling analogous to what a person feels when he or she is strip searched in jail or prison. If you’re in prison or jail then you’ve been strip searched, so you know exactly how it feels.

Malcolm’s family lost its dignity. That loss of dignity started with the murder of his father and the destruction of his family.  But Malcolm got his dignity back by building a strong family.  You can get your dignity back, too, by putting the value of your family above all else.  Go get your children and start building your family today. It will be the greatest investment of your life.
