Camaroon 1

In 1884 I was colonized by the Germans who, with a reign of brutality, created plantations that served the citizens of their homeland. This was part of a sharing deal of Africa by the European countries.

During the outbreak of the First World War in 1914, France along with its allies won and I was again colonized by the French whose rule was characterized by duplicity and exploitation.

About 10% of my territory [north, west, south, and west] was under the British rule that, through indirect administration, showed little interest in the region.

From 1914-1960, French rule dominated my territory. The France made French the official language while English was made the official language of the portion it controlled.

For half a century, those two nations, skilled in the art of exploitation, taught a small group of my people how to manage an administration using the skills taught to them by the west while expanding the cocoa, banana, and coffee plantations left by the Germany.

The selected few who assisted the colonizers had a fragmented education and had never been the real rulers of my people. The colonizers worked in collaboration with their missionaries whose primary tool was the Christian religion. They indoctrinated my people in the art of submission, and blind faith in the absence of reasoning. Parallel to that the colonizers defined new rules while criminalizing most traditional values.

While wondering why my people had been so vulnerable, I took delight in those who had the courage to fight for independence so that my name could be restored to its honorable state. As such, in 1960, I got my independence and my people were joyful to be liberated from the masters whose rule had demonstrated with clarity that it served primarily the interests of the colonizer.

My first president Ahmadou Ahidjo, a young man known for his courage and ambitious moves, instituted a one party system: the Cameroon National Party, a practice which was common among my fellow states.

With the objective to unify a territory with almost 250 ethnic groups, one party seemed to be the best way to harmonize a heterogeneous social landscape, and the public administration played a great role in this integration.

By 1982, Ahmadou Ahidjo resigned and assigned Paul Biya as the successor. A decade later, a wave of democratization was sweeping across many nations and I was not excluded. But despite many constitutional reforms designed to conform to democratic principles, Paul Biya is still in power, thereby making me, Cameroon, a new pontificate State, or more correctly a democratic caliphate where power is being concentrated disproportionately at the top and uprooted at the bottom.

The result of this is the destruction of the dream that my people had. Freeing themselves from their former colonial masters has led them into the snares of new masters who continue not only to neglect their own welfare but remain loyal to those former patrons who continue to exploit them using the present leaders – the comprador bureaucracy.

It is this system of bureaucracy that has led to the corruption of the idea of independence. Allegiance is still paid to the former colonial master who takes pride in the misery of my people to create a good name through dependence on charity, international aide, an activity already criminalized in its conception, execution, and evaluation.

Although I have been patient and in pain waiting for my people to grow in maturity, I have realized that I am running out of time and out of patience. I had said to myself that they had to make errors and learn from their mistakes but, regrettably, these mistakes seem to be normalized, internalized, and even institutionalized in some cases.

For example, the modification of the constitution in 2008 removed limitation to presidential mandates thereby giving the present caliph, who is already 81 years of age, the possibility to run for office again in 2018. That modification despite that fact he has a record of unmatched mediocrity in the domain of governance and economy.

To sustain such unconventional norms, intellectuals have been bought off or skillfully eliminated in order to limit critics. While journalists have been killed, and others driven into exile, the opposition has been carefully weakened thus leaving only the president to appear to be the most capable political man under the circumstances.

This patrimonial rule, rooted in a tradition of uncontested authority, pride, non discursive deliberations and inevitable corruption, puts me in a situation of paralysis where I remain immobile, angry, sad, frustrated, morose, and jealous. I feel that way especially when I see my brothers of the same age making progress: Indonesia, China, Dubai, Thailand, Brazil etc.

But then, I have always held that society always corrects itself. In fact, many other societies have corrected their past errors and have made progress and left their bad ways aside. With time and patience running against me, I have found this situation a little different and slow. When I question the fundamental nature of man, I see that it is one, and such a premise leads me to the conclusion that the processes shall be certainly different but the result shall be the same: change in favor of fellow man and society.

Camaroon 3

Before being optimistic, I have always reminded myself that it is still dark, and that the situation remains scary especially with regard to the urgency of the situation. For example; when agriculture flourished in the 70s, I remember officials from South Korea who came to visit my leaders to learn how they could make similar triumphs. But in a few years, South Korea had made progress in all domains of life while my own people languish under the ambush a deceitful rule. I feel betrayed.

While the per capita GDP of a South Korean is about $30.000.00 a year, that of my citizens is barely $1,300.00. But I have been generous enough. Although I have a vast territory with about 13% arable land of which just 2% is in active exploitation, my people still import almost 400,000 tons of rice at the cost of about $200 million.

Camaroon 2

My kindness has been boundless to my people, besides tolerance, I have given them gold, diamond, cobalt, aluminum, oil, bauxite, nickel, retile just to name a few. What my brothers and sisters in Japan have only up to 10%, I have them all in abundance. But it is not serving the best interest of my people. So, I have decided to keep my promise. These resources shall remain in my good earth, but if leaders don’t change their ways, they shall remain in servitude due to their own ignorance, greed, and injustice.

I am Cameroon, presently in a paradox;

A big nation with small realizations;

Many resources but little to show for it;

Too many intellectuals but few productions;

Fertile fields but hungry citizens;

Consume what I don’t produce but produce what I don’t consume;

Good laws but unjust application;

THE NEW FRANCE, by Dr. Steven Nur Ahmed

The demographic changes occurring in Europe are not the result of an invasion by Muslims and other peoples of the old colonies of Europe. Those demographic changes are the result of an invitation extended to people of the old European colonies to fill the population vacuum of a dying Europe.

When a nation’s birth rate falls below 2.1 babies born per year for women between the ages of 15 and 45 that nation is in decline and will eventually cease to have the power to resist its collapse. Such a collapse is analogous to the breakdown of the body’s immune system. That is what is happening in France throughout Europe and in the United States.

‘Necessity is the mother of invention.’ Pragmatists understand that principle and work within its context. What nations like France are forced to do is to import people from its old colonial possessions in Africa and the Caribbean to fill the vacuum caused by its declining fertility rate.

The declining fertility rate is occurring because French women like most women in the Western World have opted to have careers, to not marry, and to not have babies or if so to have one baby out of wedlock.  Thus, with an aging population and with too few young people in the active population to support its aged and child populations France is pinned in a corner. French leaders and demographers know something which they are not communicating to the French people.

France must change if it is to have a viable economy. Demographers know that it is Muslim and other ethnic minority women who are keeping the French fertility rate from complete collapse. Those women are giving to France a demographic transfusion so that France will not die. Thus, France has pulled its last colonial card. That card is to exploit the fertility of its minority populations so that France can live.

The fact is French culture has changed; France is France only in name.  It like most Western Nations today  is still enraptured by its past; it is driving along the freeway of history looking through a small rear view mirror like an aging movie star and fails to look forward to see through the wide front window at a picture of the new France down the road.

The fact that a large percentage of those imported people are Muslims is a testimony to what many historians have observed to have happened over and over again throughout history. Ancient Rome is the classic example. Greed and war drove Ancient Rome to death. And what eventually filled the vacuum created by the collapse of Rome was Islam.

The old colonies of the French Empire where purposely economically repressed and kept backward as they are today kept in national debt by the world banking establishment. All those tactics were done so that the old France could more easily exploit them economically. For the French then their motto was ‘party over here!’.

‘Now the chickens have come home to roost.’ The French people must now invite an invasion of their nation for the sake of its national survival and there is no way out unless it chooses to scale down its economy and become a European backwater nation.  But the ruling elite of France will not choose that option; France wants to continue in the global economic competition for supremacy. France has its pride, but pride goeth before a fall.  For that reason France will be humbled; France will accept a new culture as its national identity.

VARNA MEANS COLOR, By Dr. Steven Nur Ahmed

The idea of white supremacy has a long history. Five thousand years ago nomadic tribes of south Europeans out of the Caucus Valley region began to move south and finally into north India which was called Palan. When they arrived they came into confrontation with the great Indus Valley Civilization.

The Aryans were pressured by climate change to move out of their habitat. They moved because the great North African monsoon rains which had lasted for 20,000 years had come to an end.

One of the collateral effects of the end of the North African monsoon cycle was that their ancient homeland could no longer support their growing populations because of severe climate change.

One of the Hindu books was written by a man named Manu. In that book the laws governing racial purity were laid down. The superior race of Aryans were called Golden or those of Golden or ‘blonde color’ by the word ‘Su-varna’.

Varna is a Hindi word which means ‘color’. The language of Hindi belongs to the Indo-European language family. It is a term used in the religion of Hinduism to describe the social and economic model of the Hindu religion. It is the most ancient system of white supremacy. It dates back 4,500 years or to 2,500 years B.C.

One assumption of the Hindu religion is that skin color determines whether a person is good or bad and thus their caste status for life. That assumption derives from a myth which tells how the different castes of India were created.

The Hindu Purusha Sukta of the Rig Veda narrates that the first man named Purusha destroyed himself so that a human society based upon hierarchy could be constructed out of his body parts.

The myth narrates that the high caste called the Brahmans were created from the head of Purush; the K-sha-trias were created from his hands; the Vai-shia were created from his thighs; and the Sudras from his feet. This myth is similar to the Torah myth in the book of Danial when in a dream he saw the various castes of the Kingdom as Gold, Silver, Bronze, and iron mixed with clay. Each denoting a different race caste.

After many years of war the great Indus Valley Civilization was destroyed and its people enslaved. The original people had lived in Palan or India for over 50,000 years. They were descendants of Black African people who migrated out of Africa more than 70,000 years ago.

Enslaved under Hinduism they were called Sutra or outsider. They came to be the untouchables because the qualities associated with them in the Hindu religion were those of stupidity and lack of creativity as well as carriers of disease, and filth.

One thousand years later the idea of White Supremacy would be expressed through the Greek thinkers Plato and Aristotle. Plato sketched a social hierarchy which he divided into four castes. The castes were based on the idea of race; the Golden, the Silver, the Bronze, and the Iron. He warned against the mixing of the races and argued for racial purity. His racially divided society corresponds to the Hindu caste system outlined by Manu in his book: Manu Smriti.

Plato and Aristotle planted the seed of white supremacy deeply in Europe and the Middle East and over time the idea of white supremacy would grow to become entwined with religious beliefs and anthropology.

You might ask at this time: ‘but what does that have to do with us here in the United States?’ It has much to do with us. That answer to your question leads us to the most important document in the United State. The United States Constitution is what we must turn our attention to now because in it we will find the Varna ideology of White Supremacy.

Article 1, Section 2, Clause 3 of the U.S. Constitution defines a class/caste hierarchy by gender and race. It first defines free persons as those who are citizens. As citizens they are the full beneficiaries of the Bill of Rights. But the definition of who could be a citizen was not without its controversy.

The phrase ‘Free Person’ was identified as being vague and so when congress met it specified who a free person was. The Congress specified that a ‘Free Person’ was a ‘Free White Person’.

But even more specifically only white males could be free because white women could not vote nor if married own property in their name. So, even within the highest caste there was a division by gender giving all political and economic power to white males.

The second group is a caste/class. They were ‘those indentured for a term’. They were contract laborers who sold themselves out to do work for payment for passage from Europe to the newly founded United States.

Once an indentured servant completed their contractual obligation they were free to apply for and be granted citizenship as long as they could prove that they were white.

The third caste identified ‘those not taxed’ were Native Americans. They at that time were recognized as sovereign nations and thus outside the scope of rights and privileges granted by the Bill of Rights.

The last and bottom caste is that of ‘3/5ths all others’. That famous phrase refers to African slaves who were then defined as chattel property. As such African slaves had no constitutional rights, nor human rights which a white man had to recognize. That idea was expressed by Thomas Jefferson.

No doubt Thomas Jefferson was influenced by the Varna ideology when he wrote his only book, Notes on the State of Virginia-Query 14. In that book his description of African people corresponds exactly to that given in the book of Manu and the role of the ‘untouchable’ black people of India.

The hierarchy which I have described from the U.S. Constitution overlaps perfectly with the Varna caste system defined in the Book of Manu which governs Hinduism to this day.

The fact that the color caste system established 4,500 years ago by the Aryan tribes in the Indus Valley and long before the Christian era and over two thousand years before the advent of Islam proves that the ideology of white supremacy is a global movement equivalent in nature to a religion which demands in its dogma the belief in the superiority of the white race and the inferiority of Black people and all other people of ‘color’ wherever they may be found.

Another unavoidable conclusion is that every post-Christian and Arab cultural institution was influenced more or less by the race caste ideology of Hindu White Supremacy. Thus global enslavement and economic exploitation based on skin color emanated from the centers of Europe and the Middle East.

Today, we face the problem that no Black labor is needed in the United States. I mean that in the absolute sense.  Yes, influence peddlers will continue to hustle votes for either the Democratic or the Republican parties. But the fact is that African Americans are in more danger now than they were during the era of chattel slavery.

 I say that because even though white supremacists don’t need to exploit Black labor it does not necessarily follow that racism or white supremacy will go away. It won’t go away because even though the idea of white supremacy is no longer used as a rationalization to economically exploit Black people, White Supremacy is a religion or a belief system passed down from generation to generation  and which is now integral to Western Culture everywhere.

I will leave you with this quote from a forward by Staughton Lynd in the book: Who Needs the Negro? He wrote: “…if the white American no longer needed the black American’s labor, he might feel free to express his racism fully; not merely to exploit the black Americans, as in the past 300 years, but to kill him.”

I recommend that you research the domestic demographic statistics on African Americans and add to that Labor Department annual reports. You do the math. You draw your own conclusion.

murder victim

Throughout the United States citizens in large and small cities have been grappling with the problem of ‘black on black’ homicide and violent assaults.  Political conservatives (Republicans) have argued for more police force presence and for increased incarceration while political liberals (Democrats) have argued for stricter gun laws and that education and jobs for the underclass of African American youth be instituted.

Both the conservative and liberal views ignore the fundamental problem faced by all African Americans. That is because their thinking is tied to erroneous ideological assumptions. Their assumptions actually support interests contrary to the interests of the African American community.

Need I even mention the left’s arguments?  They are entirely out of sync with the present problems faced by the African American community today. In fact, who are they? Where are they? Since the demise of labor unions they have become a joke. The left has forgotten Marx’s practicality: “The philosophers have only interpreted the world, in various ways: the point, however, is to change it.”[1]  They are glued daily to ‘Democracy  Now’ where they participate ‘virtual’ revolution like children with joy sticks. Well, look behind you; the plutocrats are standing over you with baseball bats.

The problem is not ideological. The problem in the Black community is a practical cultural one. Practical culture is related to the central or core values which when internalized by a people influence their behavior.  It has nothing to do with moral ideology but rather with behaviors that work to serve the best interests of a group in the short and long term.

No one on the right or on the left has been or is willing to address the issue of practical culture. So neither the conservative or liberal proposals will engender solutions to the violent crime problem in African American neighborhoods.  And it is evident that African Americans as a whole can’t.

What both sides can and have been doing is generating short term economic and political profit or put another way ‘pimpin the problem’ for both partisan and private interests.  That is the ball game they play at the expense of many people who fret for a change for the better in the African American community.  Their pimpin of the problem must stop!

The ‘Black on Black’ homicide and general violent crime rate is positively correlated with the total fertility rate of African American women 15 to 45, inclusive.   The African American total fertility rate now is 1.9 and the trend, starting in 1970, is that it will continue to decrease due to cultural momentum.[2]  Therefore, ‘Black on Black homicide will drastically decrease within 5 and 10 years or by 2023.  Its that simple.

For example, in the city Oakland California the year with the lowest homicide rate over the last forty-four (44) years is 60 in 1999.  Prior to that year, the lowest homicide rate was 66, in 1970.  At no time has the homicide rate in Oakland gone below 60 in 44 years. It has gone as high as 165 in one year.

The average number of homicides in Oakland per year is 109 within a 44 year period beginning in 1969.  Over that same time span the first wave of people born between 1946 and 1964 reached their 15th birthday in 1961 thereafter and for 19 years the number of those aged between 15 and 24 increased until 1979.  In 1988, the last wave of that baby boom generation born in 1964 reached the age of 24.

The United States Bureau of the Census demonstrates that between 1960 and 1975 there was a 25% increase in the population of African Americans aged 15 to 24.  This was the result of a total fertility rate of between 6 to 4.5 babies per African American female with an age range of 15 to 45 years of age between 1946 and 1960.

You can see the crime rate and the prison incarceration rate of persons coming out of Oakland California start to increase during that very same time period beginning in 1972. It was the result of a conservative political argument called ‘get tough on crime’.

In 1972, the California Department of Rehabilitation started to modify its prisons’ infrastructures for more maximum security inmates. This process began at a time when the politicians in Sacramento had done their math and knew the demographic changes that were coming.  After all, they had blown open the social dike in urban areas that caused the flood of violence.

Evidence in support of my hypothesis is a fact reported in the Contra Costa Times: “…demographic forces reshaping the nation’s inner cities are having a profound effect on Oakland’s schools, particularly those in West Oakland.  Since 2000, the combined enrollment of public, noncharter schools in the area has plunged by more than 60 percent.” The article goes on to state that declines of African American school age children up to 20% have occurred in other cities as well.[3]

Therefore, even if general socio-economic conditions for African Americans remain what they are now or even worsen over the next ten (10) years, I predict that within five (5) to ten (10) years the ‘Black on Black’ homicide rate will drastically decline because of a precipitous decline in the African American total fertility rate and the consequent reduction in persons between the ages 15 to 24, inclusive.  Its too bad that the majority of African Americans are not interested in changing their culture because even though the homicide and violent crime rate will drop on a broader scale it portends an omega moment for African Americans.
